Creating Future Joy
Squerryes Estate, which is heading in 2031 into its third centenary, is driven by its motto: ‘Licet Esse Beatis’: it is permitted to be joyful. This has led them to define and set out formally their sustainable practices and activities.
We were commissioned to design and develop a website which could shine a spotlight on their aspirations and their plans to meet their goals which was launched in 2022. The website was designed to be easy to navigate with icons for each of their 6 priorities and their 7 departments. While serving as an educational and informational resource it was important to convey a sense of the Estate and the family which was achieved by making photos and of the Estate centre stage throughout.
